Who am I?

If I had to capture myself in one word, it would be resilient. That resilience is mirrored in how others see me: my coworkers describe me as honest, my friends as empathetic, and my family as reliable. Together, these qualities shape not only who I am, but how I show up—in life and in work.

What I want you to know about me?

Growing up as a woman with a migration background, I constantly had to prove myself and work harder to be accepted. Every challenge I faced not only helped me grow but also made me stronger and more resilient. When others tried to define my limits, I refused to let them. Instead, I pursued inner growth, expanding both my emotional capacity and my professional skills. Reflection has always been my compass: I move forward with determination while taking the time to learn from both the good and the difficult moments life brings.

What defines me as a person also defines me in my career. In agile environments, I live the values that foster not only personal success but also collective achievement. By prioritizing people, celebrating collaboration, and embracing change, I find meaning in milestones, big and small, in projects and in life. I strive for the bigger picture, yet I ground progress in small, intentional steps. Choosing the smallest step that is both achievable and impactful creates momentum, which I build on to reach greater goals.

I deeply value people for their mindsets and experiences. To me, diversity of thought is the true success factor for every team, project, and company. These are the values I stand for, and this is what I contribute, fully and authentically, as myself.
